To meet our high standards, we have developed these courses, delivered by experienced instructors with almost 15 years of property and casualty claims and management experience and exceptional Xactimate expertise. Our instructors have dozens of CAT events under their belts and are established adjusters and experts in claims management. This series of training modules will prepare you for deployment as a CAT Field Adjuster, Fast Track adjuster and/or a File Reviewer though easy-to-understand lessons on key principals of adjusting techniques, standards and Xactimate procedures. Our goal is to ensure that our adjusters have all the tools they need to submit complete, accurate and fair claim estimates that meet the high standards of BSA and our carriers. We provide this continuing education and technical skill training to further enhance our adjusters’ knowledge and proficiency. These training sessions are available to you to watch repeatedly, so you can continue to hone your expertise. These modules will be of great benefit for you when you are deployed by BSA Claims.
